Holistic
Following a holistic approach, we'll explore the physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, social, and environmental dimensions of health and wellness guided by evidence-based best practices with demonstrated success in helping teens establish competence, confidence, connection, character, compassion, and control.
Needs-based
We'll be prepared to meet each individual where they are in terms of what they are interested in working on or exploring areas they don't yet have an appreciation for. I use motivational interviewing skills to establish trust, build rapport, invoke change-talk, and explore ambivalence.
One-on-One
Working one-on-one allows for undivided attention and provides time to cultivate trust and understanding. Meaningful conversations take place when teens feel safe, free of judgment, and accepted as they are.

Group Interactions
Socal support through group and community interactions fosters a sense of belongingness and purpose. These interactions must be carefully organized and orchestrated. Please feel free to reach out with your specific questions or ideas.
